Meet Lena Flück

Lena Flück is a promising young Swiss alpine skier. She has already shown her talent at national and international youth competitions. Lena is ambitious and focused, and she knows that success in alpine skiing depends not only on physical preparation but also on mental strength.

Mental Challenges in Alpine Skiing

For Lena, the biggest challenge lies just before the race begins: the moment in the start gate when focus and tension must be perfectly balanced. Especially between runs, when emotions shift quickly, staying calm and sharp isn’t always easy. Too much pressure leads to stiffness, while too little energy slows her down. To deal with this,Lena began working more consciously on her mental preparation and routines.

Integrating myflow

To better manage these moments, Lena integrated myflow into her training. Using real-time neurofeedback, she learned to understand how her mental state shifts and how to regulate it. This helped her find the right level of focus when it mattered most. The result: more consistency and several top 10 finishes in races.

Vision for the Future

Lena is working toward her long-term goal of competing on a top level. Mental training has become a key part of her daily routine. With myflow, she’s developing the ability to stay calm, focused, and ready to attack the course, no matter the pressure.
