Our Team
myFlow is a project of the Neural Control of Movement (NCM) Lab at ETH Zurich led by Marc Bächinger and Sarah Meissner. They are supported by Lara Ming and Ellen Hostettler, responsible for marketing and customer acquisition.
Together they aspire to translate the myFlow method from a laboratory tool into a sustainable and successful consumer product.

Marc Bächinger
Project Lead
The brain behind the technological advanc-ements of myFlow is Marc. As a systems neuroscientist, with programming expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit, he leads the project team and puts visions into practice.

Sarah Meissner

Sarah is a neuroscientist and pioneered the use of pupil-based neurofeedback in brain research. She investigates its potential in modulating the brain’s activation state, it being the core behind myFlow. As a passionate neuroscientist, Sarah’s goal is to translate her everyday work into our everyday lives.

Lara Ming
Business Development
Lara, a soon-to-be graduate in Business Administration at the University of Zurich, adds business and marketing knowledge to the team and drives the customer development process in the sports industry. Her goal is to translate the science behind myFlow to the clients, to make it approachable.
